Sarah Rehmann is a food writer and hospitality professional with more than twenty years of experience across specialty food and beverage. Her writing draws from her experience in the food world and the relationships formed around it.

She grew up in Iowa, where she learned food meant hospitality and community. Chicago introduced her to the scale and excitement of the food and beverage industry. She now calls Portland, Oregon home, where living closer to growers and makers expanded both her food knowledge and palate.

When she’s not in the kitchen, you’ll usually find her in a left-aisle seat at the Hollywood Theatre.
