Sarah Rehmann is a food writer and CPG sales professional with more than twenty years of experience across specialty food and beverage. Her writing draws from personal relationships and the food that connects them. Her sales work focuses on building specialty food brands through distributor and retail partnerships, sustaining growth, bringing new products to market, and navigating national markets.

She grew up in Iowa, where she learned food meant hospitality and community. Chicago introduced her to the scale and excitement of the food and beverage industry. She now calls Portland, Oregon home, where living closer to growers and makers expanded both her food knowledge and palate.

When she’s not in the kitchen, you’ll usually find her in an aisle seat at the Hollywood Theatre or entering her initials on a pinball machine.
